Over the years we have strived to create the perfect sausage recipe by combining fresh ingredients (rather than dried) with choice cuts of fresh pork. Our current range includes our very first recipe, the delicious Smithfield No.1 with Nutmeg. For a more continental taste try our Pork and Italian Herb Sausages. Back to Blighty with what is sure to become a British classic Pork with Smoked Bacon & Leek. Another classic combination is Pork with Apple & Acacia Honey, a delicately sweet sausage.


We are extremely passionate that all the ingredients that go into our sausages are of the highest quality, that means high meat content and fresh herbs and spices, with an authenticity that you just don't get in most sausages. Our sausages contain no artificial colours or flavours, proper ingredients that set us apart and make our sausages simply delicious.

The welfare of our pigs is of paramount importance, indeed our animal welfare standards are recognized amongst the most demanding in the industry. To get the best from our pigs we need to ensure that our herd is looked after in the best possible way. For Simply Sausages therefore our pigs spend half their time outdoors with access to shelter and the rest of their time in large, deep straw bedded barns. We are proud to have the Freedom Foods logo on our packs which means our pigs are treated to the highest standard.
