Bite Size Honey Roast Ham Skewers
Serves 4
Preparation

Step 1
Peel your red onion and slice in to eight wedges, lightly coat with oil & roast until the edges are crispy - leave to cool.

Step 2
Cut the ciabatta lengthways in half and brush with garlic oil. Chargrill or toast in the oven, then rub with garlic clove and leave to cool. Cut into little squares approx: 4cm x 4cm.

Step 3
Slice the red peppers & cucumber, cut sun-dried tomatoes in half, cut the slices of cheese the same size as your ciabatta squares.

Step 4
Layer up your bites in whatever order you prefer, remembering to use the fresh basil and then skewer with the cocktail sticks and enjoy.

1 pack of ham
1 pack of turkey
1 pack of beef
Emmental cheese
Half a cucumber
Fresh basil
Sun dried tomatoes
Red onions
1 red pepper (small)


Ham, Beef, Pastrami and Tomato Dreams

Preparation

Step 1
Pre heat the oven to 180°C & put in the backing tray. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured board to the thickness of 10cm & cut into rectangles approx: 15cm x 8cm, scour round the edge to make the tart.

Step 2
Slice the tomatoes as thin as you can and spread the centre of the pastry with sun dried tomato puree, then lay your sliced tomatoes on top. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over and drizzle a tiny bit of olive oil.

Step 3
Mix your egg with a splash of milk and paint theedge of the pastry to glaze, place the pastry on the baking try & bake for approx: 8 minutes.

Step 4
Remove your tarts and add your sliced pastrami & beef to the tarts and return to the oven for another 8 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the meat is piping hot.

1 packet of wild rocket
Pastrami
Cooked Beef
Parmesan Cheese
200g Tomatoes
200g Sun dried tomato puree
1 Egg
Salt & fresh ground black pepper
Olive oil
Milk


Dry Cured Ham, Four Cheese & Tomato Pappardelle

Preparation

Step 1
To cook the pasta bring a large pan of water
to the boil.Add the pasta and cook until al dente, drain and keep warm.

Step 2
Slice the cherry tomato ham & mushroom in a fryingpan add the oil and lightly cook the ingredients.In a separate pan gently heat the cheese sauce.

Step 3
To serve add the pasta to the tomatoes, ham
& mushrooms – add enough cheese sauce to
coat the pasta.

Step 4
Transfer into serving plates – top with freshly
ground black pepper & salt.

Step 5
To finish shave or grate over fresh Parmesan
& add torn basil leaves.

1 tub of four-cheese sauce
